Top 15 Happy Hour Spots in the 805 {local drinks & eats}

Did you say happy hour??” Why yes, YES we did.

Do you often find yourself wondering where to go for happy hour on a weekly basis? So do we. For some reason, no matter how long we’ve lived here, deciding on where to go for happy hour is always a difficult decision. #firstworldproblems

Lucky for you, we’ve done our best to compile our favorite local happy hour spots by agenda. And please let us know if we missed your favorite local HH spot(s) by posting in the comments below! We will keep adding to the list 🙂

If you’re looking to be entertained (let’s be real, keep the guys entertained) …

  • Brendan’s Pub – Happy Hour Menu

    • The deets: Monday – Friday 3:30 – 6:30pm; drink  and $5 food specials

    • Why we love it: Dance room and game room (pool table, darts and shuffle board – which is pretty much the best bar game ever)

    • Bonus: Excellent Irish beers on tap!

  • Lazy Dogs Cafe – Happy Hour Menu

    • The deets: Monday – Friday 3:00-6:00 pm and Sunday – Thursday 9:00pm – close; $3-$6 food & drink specials

    • Why we love it: Outdoor patio that welcomes furry friends (they even have a doggy menu), a great happy hour drink variety (not just draft beers) and healthier food options

    • Bonus: Tons of big screen TVs inside for the men to watch their sports games (and let the ladies do their thang)

  • Public School 805 – Recess Menu

    • The deets: Monday – Friday, 4:00-7:00 pm; $4-$7 food & drink specials

    • Why we love it:  What’s not to love about Public School? But, if we had to choose just a few, the PB & J Sliders are to die for (and they’re only served during happy hour).  If you haven’t noticed already, we love patios – and Public School has a great one that compliments the fun & social, yet laid back, atmosphere. Perfect hangout in our book. #duh
