We’re so fortunate to have access to numerous farms who provide their locally grown produce, honey & jams, eggs, meats, nuts, flowers and more to our local farmers markets. Pretty amazing, right!?

We still can’t get over the amazing food we cooked at the Wellness Kitchen and how much we learned in so little time. Our tummies left very satisfied, but more importantly, we were inspired to make a change in our diet and share this nutritional wisdom with anyone we can.
