Five Friday Faves :: This Week’s Edition

We’re starting off this Father’s Day weekend with a good cup of coffee and our Five Friday Faves!

::::

1. Happy Father’s Day Weekend!  Where are you spending time with your dad/father figure/baby daddy this weekend?  Nicole is having brunch with the family at Sabor Cocina Mexicana at The Lakes [and maybe a margarita or two ;)] and Tanisha and Hayley are celebrating with a DIY brunch {and don’t worry we will definitely be sharing pics with you all later!}.

2. Need a little more wine and a little less ‘whine’ in your life?  Visit our new favorite winemakers at their tasting rooms in the 805!  They are part of Ballard Canyon, the newest AVA for Syrah goodness, and are turning out vino that you wouldn’t believe.  We got to sip and savor these wines last week — check out the full scoop here.

  • Sunday at Ventura Harbor Village (1pm): Unkle Monkey
