Nailing That Holiday Party Look {Tater & Tot Style}

We love holiday parties {I mean, who doesn’t!?}, but the endless trying-on-of-clothes-to-pick-out-the-perfect-outfit is something we most definitely do not love.  That’s where Tater & Tot Style, a Seattle-based fashion blog {and lovely friends of ours} comes in.  Nicole and Jenna are sharing some of their holiday attire inspiration with us 805-ers! We know you will enjoy these tips, and we hope they save you from sending a bazillion texts of your outfit options to your friends  {ahem, Hayley! ;)}.  And now, we pass it off to the experts!
Need some inspiration on how to dress for the holidays? Look no further…
With so many events going on in the month of December, it’s hard to keep everything straight, let alone figure out what to wear. We are here to show you how to dress for three different holiday occasions!
Work Party:
Depending on where you work, this may be the more formal of parties, but even if it’s not, it’s important to still look tasteful. A dress is always a great option. And if you don’t want to purchase a new dress, try using one you already have and getting a fun new statement necklace to spruce up the the look {and some fancy shoes help too}!
House Party:
Chances are, a lot of your friends will throw holiday parties. This is your chance to stay more casual, but still on trend. A chunky knit sweater and booties are the perfect ensemble for sipping cocktails with friends in the comfort of your own {or their own} home.
Holiday Happy Hour:
We never say no to happy hour, and during the holidays, there is nothing more fun than getting together a group of friends for a merry ole cocktail hour. This is wear you can be a bit more trendy and add some spunk with a bright red lip and leather pants!
