Stonehaus Winery {local eats & drinks}

One of our favorite local spots is Stonehaus. I mean, really — any place that serves wine, good food, and has a good vibe… we’re IN. Plus, a spacious, dog-friendly, outdoor seating area brings it to the top of our list. Priorities, people.

Here are just a few reasons why we love this place…

It’s classy. It’s great for large parties (we stopped here for wine tasting during a friend’s bachelorette!). Did I say dog-friendly? Gelato and delicious baked goods (the macaroons and muffins are my fave!). Serves all three meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bocce Ball courts for playing outside – um what? Indoor and outdoor seating. Live music on weekends. Happy Hour specials.

And, get this: local events. We came during Oktoberfest two days in a row.  It was that good.  Braats, live music, no lines or cover charges, tons of German beer [#winning].  Do yourself a favor, and check out their calendar for upcoming events.  Or just throw your own event there — I mean, why not?

On the next sunny day (which will most likely be tomorrow, because every day is sunny in the 805), head on over to Stonehaus to enjoy some delicious food and, more importantly, a glass or two of wine with some friends, basking in the beauty of what we like to call local love.

outdoor seating & firepirt

You’re welcome 🙂

Things we love: bocce ball, outdoor seating and firepit, and great happy hour specials (Mon-Fri 4-7pm).

BONUS: live music Friday/Sat 7-10pm, Sunday 5-8pm and pizza oven Thurs-Sun [upon availability]

P.S., wine club open daily 4pm – $5 flights, no membership required

    Went here today unexpectedly on a business lunch and got really excited because I was telling them you all had just written about it on your blog. Great panini and vibe! Want to come back for the wine tasting – the tower they serve it in is genius.
