Mother’s Day Photo Roundup {Local Lifestyle}

We had such a wonderful time celebrating the people who made us who we are today — our moms!

Here’s a little taste of how we spoiled our mothers this weekend:

My family celebrated a day early with brunch at The Old Place in Agoura Hills!  Since we had a large party, we got to reserve the Mailroom, which is filled with history — it houses the original sorting table for the Cornell Post Office, and has tons of cool antiques inside.  We were serenaded with live vocals and some acoustic guitar, which, for my musician parents, was quite a treat.

Since my two sisters and my brother-in-law were visiting from out of town, we took advantage of the time together and had a mini family photo shoot.  This was the first time we were all together in almost 10 months!

…and this lovely “Ode to Singlehood” from my little brother and sister:

On Friday, we celebrated a family wedding at the beautiful Walnut Grove at Tierra Rejada Ranch — right behind Underwood Family Farms!

Hayley and Tanisha celebrated Mother’s Day with a DIY brunch {put on by our DIY party guru and sister-in-law Mandy!}.  We will do a featured post on throwing your own brunch because it is such a fun and easy way to celebrate a birthday, shower, or just a fun get together with friends and family. Here’s a little glimpse!
