Homemade Apple Crisp with Blackberries {DIY Recipe}

The other day we had a surprise dinner for my grandma’s 80th birthday so I decided to bake a dessert. My mom had suggested making an apple crisp which I had actually never made before. Since I’m pretty indecisive, I decided to stick with the Apple Crisp idea and of course searched Pinterest for some delicious looking (and somewhat healthy;) apply crisp recipes.

Peach Cobbler Recipe {local.eats}

Today I was really in the baking mood for some reason and decided to stop by Underwood Farms in Moorpark to see what fruit they had in season to make a cobbler.   I settled on some delicious peaches and since my husband and I are currently staying with my parents due to our house remodel (more like house overhaul– more on that later) and my mom is gluten free, I made a healthy gluten free peach cobbler.  And let me tell you– it was really good.  So I’ve got the recipe for you and some enticing pictures 🙂
