Thank goodness for Jessica Needham, entrepreneur and girl boss of homeMADE Ventura! She is totally rocking this DIY craft that we now love, and taking the 805 by storm with her own macrame workshops! She invited us to stop by and give it a try this month… and now, we’re hooked. Our workshop was in the beautiful barn at Camarillo Ranch, and provided the prime environment for a beautiful summer Sunday.
It’s the last weekend of July, can you believe it?! Insane. That means we have to live up summer as much as we can in the next few weeks. We can do this! #YOLO 😉

We love to support small, local businesses, especially ones that make and sell things as adorable as Homemade Ventura. Homemade Ventura was started by stay-at-home mom (of two toddlers no less!) Jessica Needham. She was born and raised in Ventura and was inspired by the laid back, small town vibe. She started creating macrame wall art using modern, but simple designs.
