My Favorite Festive Holiday Cocktails {DIY}

I love many things about my mom and my mother-in-law, but I especially appreciate that they both know how to whip up a mean adult beverage.  In the spirit of thankfulness, you can thank me later for these delicious Thanksgiving cocktails that should definitely make an appearance at your holiday gathering!

In a shaker with ice, add:

  • 1 shot vermouth
  • 3 shots citrus vodka
  • White cranberry juice (to your liking)

Shake-shake-shake, then pour into a martini glass.  Garnish with frozen cranberries [<<bonus: this keeps your martini chilled to perfection!]

Pumpkin Pie Martini [credit: my MIL]

In a shaker with ice, add:

  • 1 shot whipped cream-flavored vodka
  • 3 shots pumpkin pie liqueur

Shake-shake-shake, then pour into a martini glass. If you like, crush up some graham crackers and rim the martini glass!

Bottoms up!  Hope you enjoy your day of thankfulness tomorrow — don’t forget to focus on all of the wonderful things and people in your life, and try to forget the little inconveniences and frustrations that may crop up.  And if that doesn’t work, there’s always alcohol! 😉
